1. Seller

Hypotéine digital products are sold by Descy Heddy, based in Portugal. Questions may be sent to lucie@hypoteine.com.

2. Digital products

Hypotéine sells downloadable digital educational products. The U.S. offer currently includes the complete Hypotéine system presented on the website before purchase.

3. Price and payment

Prices displayed at checkout apply at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. The current U.S. offer is a one-time payment and does not create a subscription unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.

4. Delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically after successful payment, using the email address provided during checkout.

5. Refunds

Because the products are digital and made available immediately after purchase, purchases are generally non-refundable once delivery or access has begun, except where a refund is required by applicable law or where Hypotéine expressly agrees otherwise.

6. Personal use only

Purchased files are licensed for personal use only. They may not be resold, publicly uploaded, mass-copied, redistributed or shared with third parties without written permission.

7. Health disclaimer

Hypotéine is educational content and does not constitute medical, psychological or individualized dietary advice. No specific weight-loss result, body transformation or timeline is guaranteed.

8. Availability

We may update, replace or improve digital files and website content when necessary. Reasonable efforts are made to keep purchased content accessible and deliverable.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law applicable to the seller's place of establishment in Portugal, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that may apply to the buyer under applicable law.
